Shipping Fees
  • International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier at check-out.
  • International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Worldwide shipping from Canada through Canada Post.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $400 to U.S and Canada.

Delivery Times

  • Shipping times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • It is possible for there to be delays due to postal service problems are outside of our control. For region-wide delays, see here.
  • Orders are processed and manufacturing begins within 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Manufacturing time is typically 2 weeks. This is in addition to shipping time.
  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 days after manufacturing is completed.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If you do not receive your product in that time period please contact david@taikohub.com with your order number.

Checking Order Status

  • If you selected a shipping method that has tracking, you will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped. It will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time quoted by Canada Post at checkout included in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at david@taikohub.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
